Sept. 11, 2006

Last week was a holiday and the library was closed... so no e-mail. 
Zone Conference is this week and I'm doing a special musical number
again.... this time "I KNow that My Redeemer Lives"  next time I'll do one
of the other ones you sent.... I don't think they're ready to sing in
front of others yet....  Well....  next week is Transfers and so e-mail
will hopefully be Tuesday.  I don't know yet if I'm staying or leaving. 

Haha.... Danny and Jj were sent back to shave.... at BYU they have
disposable razors that they hand out if you're not acceptable instead of
sending you home....  and yeah, dress code is strict.  NO capris, shorts,
overalls.....flip flops....

My first semester I started at both 8 and 9.... I hated 8.  But I
lucked out... my teacher didn't like it either and so sometimes it was
cancelled.... it was a T, Th, Friday class and Friday was almost always
cancelled.....

In Utah their Bishop is Bishop Lytle????  That's awesome!  I want to
see him when I get back.  So Danny wears glasses all the time now???

Stuff I need/want....  mebbe a longer black skirt...  like the green
and biege one you bought and then nicer looking blouses, t-shirts.... 
but those I don't need right away...  what I really need- another pair of
shoes...  not quite yet, but soon.  I have my Sunday pair and then my
other heels.... the flats cut up my feet and so I gave them to Sister
Henderson who has smaller feet.... she tried wearing them in for me and
they still cut up my feet...  it had to do with the leather right by
your feet....  anyways....  these ones are fine for now, but I will need
new ones sometime in the future....  I don't think I'm losing any
weight, but I feel good about myself...  so I guess that's good.

You're the room mom for both Katie and Julie's classes????  I guess you
know what you're doing and you'll do a great job.  But that'll keep you
going.

Well, as for redoing the bathrooms and the kitchen.... we're deep
cleaning those areas.  Especially after our leak which is hopefully being
fixed as we speak....  We haven't had hot water the past few days... they
shut it off when they found that the heater was leaking.... It's behind
a wall so we didn't know.... They should put it in a closet so it's
easier to get to.  Anyways.... I broke this morning and heated water on
the stove to take a shower with... that was a new experience....  Other
than that we've been trying to work with members.... help them help us
find people to teach.  Hopefully that will pick up soon!  I think that's
about it....  Love ya!
