This reminds me of something..... Tell grandpa thanks....  So, we have
this focus card here in the mission to help remind us to be a
dedicated, capable spiritual missionary....  and then we put stickers on it for
temporary focuses.... For example, Get em to Church- we had a sticker
for that, and then there's also a "Who's Gonna Do It"  sticker.  Our
purpose is to baptize- or progress people towards baptisms, but because of
the Vision of the South our goal is to baptize.  I got a blessing this
week and in it he said that I was gonna do it.  He said that I'm going
to play a big part in paving the way for the Vision of the South-kinda
scary.  But I guess I'm doing pretty well.  I know Satan's real and he
tries really hard, I've seen it already.  But the Lord is on our side
and we cannot fail.  "No unhallowed hand can stop the work from
progressing; persecutions may rage, mobs may combine, armies may assemble,
calumny may defame, but the truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly and
independent til it has penetrated every continent, swept every country,
visited every clime and sounded in every ear til the purposes of GOd
have been accomplished and the Great Jehovah shall say 'The work is done'"
( I think I forgot some things- I can't say it out loud here....  but
it's the Standard of Truth from the Wentworth Letter, History of the
Church vol. 4 p. 540)  Next e-mail.....

I can't believe this!!  I was just walking out to run errands and 
thought I'd check emails (just in case....On the weeks you don't get to 
email, I check probably 20 times for a couple days, but you've been so 
good about writing)

 I took your last letter up and read it to grandpa last night.  At 
first he said "Is Jamie okay?"  I told him yes and then read your 
letter.  (I was doing this every week when you first left, but  then it
wasn't good because he and I would just cry).  So I didn't  for a couple of
weeks.  I would copy it and let grandma read it to  him.  Anyways, I
read the letter and then when I finished I said,  "See Grandpa, she's
doing sooooo good".
 He started to cry and told him to stop it, we're not going to cry, 
Jamie's doing great.  He stopped and he said, "Jamie's doing  good."  I
asked if he wanted me to write and tell you  anything.  This is what he
said:

 Keep up the good work.  You're doing good.  When things get  tough,
and they will, know that Satan is working hard too and is just  around
the corner.  Perservere.  We need to be tested, but if  we perservere
Satan has to disappear.  Keep working your faith, be  strong, and Satan
will have no hope and no chance.

 I'm going to check to see if there's any response from you.
